In Hawai'i and the United States, Pacific Islanders have carried a large burden of illness and death due to COVID-19 despite making up only a small fraction of the total population. In this PSA, Kokua Kalihi Valley encourages all of our island communities to continue to be watchful and adapt creatively to the challenges presented by the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. Our families, cultures, and futures remain at stake. Hawai'i will emerge whole and stronger by working to support everyone in these islands, especially those most vulnerable.

Mahalo to We Are Oceania, Hawaiʻi Community Foundation, and our community partners for their collaboration.
